Summer 2017 is set to be a big one for Pavilion thanks to our Newquay launch and the transferral of our bakery from London Fields to E10. A bigger, much grander space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light awaits our bakers at Argall Avenue in Leyton. So while we'll most likely wipe away a tear as we wave goodbye to our beloved arch, we're excited for all the possibilities our new bakery will offer.
Moving bakeries doesn't just mean a whole lot more bread, it means much more space to host our community in. Expect baking classes, workshops and other ways to get involved in what we do here. We're looking forward to hosting you.
This summer we’re bringing great sourdough to our good friends in Newquay, serving up the best of our bread offering as well as a green menu packed with picnic favourites supplied by local growers and some special summer snacks: expect Sri-Lankan street food treats a-plenty.
We’re keen to work with local growers.
We’d love to train up bakers in the community.
We’re on the hunt for brilliant baristas.
So please do, get in touch.
